Kastrup - Newark - Milwaukee - McCarren

Hotel Wyndham Garden hvor vi skal bo under opholdet i New York. Jeg glæder mig helt vildt!
Da jeg åbnede min mail i dag, fik jeg en rigtig glædelig overraskelse. Jeg har fået min afrejse- og hjemkomst dato, samt mine flybilletter, som jeg selv skal printe ud. Befinder mig i Århus lige nu, men har ladet mig fortælle, at mit visum er ankommet.
Nu er det officielt; jeg forlader Danmark til fordel for USA om ikke mindre end 22 dage!
Skal mødes med de andre udvekslingsstudenter og Explorius kl. 09:25 ved informationsskranken i Terminal 3 i Kastrup lufthavn den 13. august. Flyet mod New York letter kl. 12:25 og er fremme i Newark lufthavn 14:50 lokal tid.
Derefter står det på to dages Soft-Landing Camp med sightseeing, shopping og hygge med de andre fra Explorius. De guidede ture inkluderer bl.a. Central Park, Times Square, China Town, World Trade Center Site, Soho, Rockefeller Center, Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street District, Greenwich Village og meget mere. Rejser du også den 13. august? Den 16. august skal jeg igen møde op i Newark airport , hvor jeg først skal med et fly til Milwaukee airport i Wisconsin kl. 11:25 ved middagstid. Ankommer i lufthavnen 12:50, hvorefter jeg har ca. en times ventetid, indtil mit fly mod McCarren airport i Las Vegas letter kl. 14.05. Efter at have været undervejs i lidt over 6 timer og være fløjet 3 timer tilbage i tiden, lander jeg i Las Vegas kl. 15:52.
Den 12. juni 2011 rejser jeg tilbage til Danmark, hvor jeg ankommer i Kastrup lufthavn den 13. juni kl. 07:25, den dag der også er kendt som min fødselsdag! I er velkomme til at stå tidligt op, køre hele vejen ind til lufthavnen og ønske mig tillykke og velkommen hjem ;)
